Why I recommend suppliers and products

As part of my own continuous journey for a functional, healthy lifestyle and in trying to address my own challenges, I am always trying different supplements to see which ones benefit me the most.

Everyone has different needs and nutritional requirements and challenges to address. Therefore the supplements they need are often different. However, there are a number of common supplements that I usually recommend most people to incorporate in their daily routine. 

I base everything on my own use and experiences

I am always looking out for supplements and healthy choices that I can recommend my clients when we find that they need to add various supplements to their daily routine.

The suppliers and products that I recommend here are ones that I have personally selected and often tried myself – because they have the right combination of quality and price to give you what think are the best benefits.

This also applies for the suppliers and products where I also happen to have a commercial relationship.

What does my supplement routine look like? 

Every morning I include these products: 

plus a number of other supplements. 

Including these in my morning routine gives me energy and focus for a fresh start to a busy day.

In the evenings before going to bed, I take BIOptimizers Magnesium Breakthrough and a few other supplements to get better sleep. Magnesium helps the body relax and can be a help good to get a good night’s sleep. 

In addition to supplement suppliers and products, I have also included recommendations of other things such as podcasts, books, websites or other people in the health industry I think are worth taking a look at.

Suppliers
